Hello!
The reason why I actually never bought any Fitbit bracelet was that they do miscount steps due to, well, Hand movement.
I actually do not understand why that is happening because fitbit promotes the step counter as something that would only Count when there is Forward movement of the body.
I was reading about this issue also occuring on fitbit versa.
Is there someone who has experience on this subject? Any error range in percentage?
Thank you!

Same problem here, tonight between 0.00 and 1.30, I "made" 750 steps playing world of warcraft at my desk
Yesterday he recognized an exercise while I was talking with my friend, sitting at a table (italians...)
If you add this tho the 976 floors done while in motorcycle, it's a problem.

Fitbit FAQ Why do I get extra steps sometimes?
"Fitbit devices have a finely tuned algorithm for step counting. The algorithm is designed to look for intensity and motion patterns that are most indicative of people walking and running"
