I have a Fitbit Versa. It updated 4 days ago and has since stopped tracking heart beat and sleep. The green light is no longer on. Before the update to the "firmware" I never had this issue.
Things I have tried:
Restart: multiple attempts
Factory reset: 1 attempt
Turning on/off heart beat sensor in settings: multiple attempts
Turning off device: multiple attempts
I had brief success after turning off the heart beat sensor in settings and then restarting the device, once the device turned on I turned on the heart beat sensor on and it started working again. This however, was short lived and only lasted a couple hours. I also had brief success after turning off the heart beat sensor in settings and then turning off the device completely and turning it back on again. Like the other attempts this was short lived and it stopped again. The last thing I tried was a factory reset, however this did nothing.
Any other recommendations?
