I reset my Versa In attempt to fix syncing issues. The watch wouldn't return to the setup screen after performing the reset. I attempted to restart the watch by pressing all 3 buttons and other combinations for 10 seconds but had no luck.

Hi @Aruff888 , did you update your Versa to the latest Firmware Version? If yes and it's still under warranty, contact Customer Support, cause the new Firmware contains a bug mainly affecting Versa's. Regards kuzibri

If you have the original Versa, your issue is due to the lastest firmware update. When I talked to customer support, they said it's a manufacturer defect. If you are still under warranty, they will replace it. If not, you have to buy a new Versa.
