Fitbit Versa Worth It Anymore?

Long story short, after a software update my battery life went from 4-5 days to about 10 hours. From other threads, this was an issue with many. After contacting support and going through many steps, they agreed to send a replacement. Awesome right? No, the replacement is in worse condition. The screen is not responsive, the icons jump all around, it will randomly switch screens. I took video and sent to support and I have to return it to them before they will decide what they are going to do. I'm pretty much over all the issues with Fitbit, does anyone recommend another brand?

Hi, my first answer will be "no", but my Versa is working like it should, with accurate readings of the stats and a battery life of 5+ days. But, I assume you're not waiting for this kind of answer as your Versa does not function as you want it too. Despite all of this, I still recommend to keep in touch with Customer Support about your problems. Regarding getting another brand, that's entirely up to you, but mind that no other brand has the battery life of the Versa, when it's functioning like it should. My Wife has an Apple iWatch and it bearly lasts for 1,5 days! The same accounts for Samsung Smartwatches, etc.

@Sandersmn I agree it should not happen. At this point, I can recommend two options:

1. Performing a factory reset (restoring Versa to factory defaults). This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again by adding it as a replacement device in the Fitbit mobile app.

2. Contacting Fitbit Support for another replacement.

Wife has a Versa and is up to date on OS and the battery life of her Versa is 4-5 days. Good luck.

it stinks that you can't enjoy your fitbit as intended. I have been around awhile and I know fitbit will make it right for you, just takes time and patience.
