Hi everyone,
Hope you guys can help. My Fitbit Versa is acting out. I will charge my Versa and then after 30min it will just switch off and then when I press all the buttons to turn it on, it will show the time it went off. After I synchronize it again it will go off again after 30-40 min. I have tried restarting it multiple times and even factory reset.

Hi @Nadiadc As you have restarted multiple times and tried a factory reset, the only thing left to do is to contact Support and hope they can help you.
