Fitbit Versa and Coach App - Not logging active minutes

I have just got the fitbit versa, i did a couple of walks yesterday and it logged my active minutes.

I did the 10 minute abs workout on the coach app through the Versa last night and it logged it as an exercise but not active minutes - does it always do this or is there some way to count it?

@Mollyannrl It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Logged activities won't necessarily give you active minutes. Active minutes are granted when the activity detected by your Versa or manually logged detects a high intense effort for said period. It is easier to detect these minutes for step based activities as the device will notice when you were doing many steps for a period of time. You can read more about active minutes here.
