Hi there. 🙂 On my fitbit Versa, I want it to send me notifications on calls, messages, calendar things etc. And even though I have checked my phones settings, the problem remain the fact, that in the app, I cannot find - I do not HAVE app notificaions! Why is that? And how can I fix this?

Please help.

Many thanks.

Hi, in the dashboard of your Fitbit app, press on top of the screen on the right side the "Watch Icon". This will bring you to the page where the Clock and App tiles are. Scroll down untill you see "notifications" and press it. You should get a screen that says (from top to bottom): Calls - Text messages - Calendar Events - Email and then "App notificatios". Press that and you get a list of all apps on your phone. If it's not there, try restarting your phone. If that does not work: deinstall Fitbit (do not remove or unpair your Versa), restart your phoen again and reinstall Fitbit app. Good luck!!

Hi there

Thank you for your reply. However, as stated in my request, I have already looked under Notifications, and notification by message, calls etc. is not an option. I have watched videos and looked at screendumps of how the menu looks on other people's app, and mine simply looks different. I have the latest version, I just updated the system on my phone, removed the app and re-installed it a billion times - but no luck. Now I read that many people with the same phone as mine (OnePlus 5T) has compatibility issues regarding the Fitbit app. If that is the case, I just spend a whole lot of money on absolutely nothing! So suggestions are very welcome!

Kind regards
Maria Madeleine
