Fitbit Versa back button not working

I got out the pool after a swim to find the face has got suck on the settings screen, when I got home I managed to restart it even thought none of the bottoms were working. It took me to the home screen where it didn't end up recording the swim I did even though I was constantly look a thing the stats from it throught out the session. After tell more restarts the two right hand side buttons work but the back (left) button does not which means it is pretty much useless!

i have tried to clean it out and charge it and restart it but nothing is working!

Is there anything else I can try...
