I was trying to change the band on my fitbit and the end of the pin broke off and got lodged in the small hole. Have taken it to a watchmaker who tried taking it out but has advised he will need to use a drill which may damage the corner of the watch face. Not sure what to do? Is this something fitbit can fix or replace? The fitbit is only 1 year old.

@Nadig@Nadig Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your band being stuck on your Versa and thank you for checking with a watchmaker to see any possible options. This is kind of odd as I haven't heard this happening. Is there any chance you can break the pin without damaging the Versa itself? This would be preferable and finding a replacement at a watch-store (Amazon is also an option) would be easier and less expensive than possible damaging the screen itself. It would be up to you as I am just pointing this as an option. Using a pair of tweezers or a small screwdriver to remove the band could also be a possibility.
Let me know how it goes.

@Nadig thank you for the update and sorry for the delay in mine.
Really happy to hear that you were able to get your device replaced and hope that you are already back on track and getting all those steps.
I'll be around!
