Fitbit Versa band will not come off

I got one side of the versa band off with no problem, the other side I can't get it. The pin moves but the band does not budge......help!

@Chels2212 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that you can't remove your Versa's band. Try applying some force with tweezers or a flat hear screwdriver (just a small amount of force) and see if this helps removing the band.

I've got this issue. One side, the band can come off just fine, but the other side doesn't come off at all. I can see the pin move a little bit but the band won't budge at all...
