My Versa battery got low so I put it on charge for a couple of hours last night and now it won’t turn on. The screen remains completely black, no lights work etc. When I took it out of the charger I noticed it was extremely hot. I’ve tried re-setting it and pressing all the buttons, as suggested in other forum posts.
I am already using a replacement device. (Original device purchased in November 2018, replacement sent July 2019)
I guess Fitbit warranty is now over? Has anyone else got any other suggestions to try and get it working again please?
How disappointing that two Versa devices have not lasted a year!!

Hi @HannahLayzell It doesnt sound hopeful Im afraid. If you are not in either Australia or Europe then the warranty is probably over, but contact Support and see if hjey can help.
