Fitbit Versa battery drained in a day

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi in the last 24 hours I have had to charge my versa 2 times. At 11pm yesterday I charged it , I did not wear it again until 9am today by 3pm the battery was at 0% and had powered off. I charged it again and then put it on around 5pm. At 9:30 pm the watch was again low 21% so now it charging again. My battery typically would last 2 or 3 days. Today is the 1st day that it has done this.  Help.

2 hours later after a full charge I am now at 80%

@blkberry99 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its battery is draining fast even though you charged it completely.

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your watch. After this, monitor the battery behavior for the next 24 hours.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

The tips did not work. 😢 My watch was fine until yesterday. I have not changed any settings in over a month. So why yesterday would it just stop working   correctly. My battery is currently lasting 5 hours so it's sitting on my nightstand.

I have the same issue since the recent updated. I Charged to 100% at 8:30pm last night, now currenlty at 52% at 4pm the next day. Not even been to the gym to day, not changed any settings in the last few weeks. Fit Bit Versa is brand new like less than 2 months old.

Brightness is set to low.

All Day Synch is on (but it was on last week and it wasl lasting 3 days)

Always connected is off

reminders to move off

I am sorry you are also having issues but glad to see I am not alone. Hopefully they will figure something out.

I think I fixed mine... I factory reset the watch to version 32.33.1.30.
Then unpaired it from the app and added it back in. So far it's not been
bugging me to update it in the app.. has gone from 9.30pm to 7.30 am with
only a 20% drop in battery..
