Fitbit Versa battery not holding charge

Hi all!  I have had my FitBit Versa since 9.18 and it now doesn't hold a charge longer than a day.  I read through the forum and I believe I am charging correctly - only with the charger that came with it and only via computer.  Is there a way to replace the battery or are there any other ideas on what I could do?  I LOVE my Versa!

I am having the same issues as well. I've had mine since December and it won't hold the charge for more than 8 hours.

I’m having the same issue and mine is just over a month old. My husbands I gave him for Christmas does too.

Oh that is so frustrating. Do yo know if there is a warranty we can apply
to this? It is supposed to hold for 4 days. It was working fine until a
couple of weeks ago.

I hope there is a warranty because mine is now completely not working. I don't know if sweat got in it or what, but mine is now dead. Really disappointed. Loved it until now.
