Good Morning All,
I received my fitbit for xmas and suddenly on Thursday, it shut off. I don't have any fancy clocks and have had it on the charger for 2 days, but it still just says 0%.
Any help?

Hi, clean the contacts of your Versa and charger, try a different USB port or wall outlet. Restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If none of the suggestions work, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.
BTW, do you have the possibility to try another charger??

I'd like to know if you have tried the troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @SunsetRunner.
