So i bought a versa from a garage sale for about 15 bucks. It worked when i charged it but it still had the other owner’s data on it. I factory reset it and now it just dosent turn on at all. HELP IS NEEDED

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa doesn't turn on at all. 

This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation. 

In order to better understand the issue, could you please confirm if there are lights in the back of the pebble? 

This could be due to a charging problem. Please take a look into this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If you are able to see the lights on the back of your device, please try to perform a restart: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

No i dont see lights on the back of it but i heard the components inside of the watch running and i dont know if its the screen on it or something
