Completely blank and nothing brings it back to life? Any ideas?

And typically just just out of 12 month warranty by a few days!

Hello @Smithgj66 thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to ask you to try to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. If you're not able to see the Fitbit logo or if you have tried this already, please let us know so we can check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

My Fitbit versa is only 5 months old and at first I had a hard time swiping to the alarm clock so I reset it then it didnt want to swipe at all. So I let it run completely dead. I tried to charge it and it will not charge or show that its charging. But it sat on the charger all night. And now will not come on I tried to reset it again and nothing.

Hello @suzeescorse thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @PauleyC, I hope you're doing well.

@suzeescorse I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your experience with us. Could it be possible for you to let us know the exact list of troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? This will be very helpful for us to check this further.

@PauleyC, tell me, when you put your Versa in its charger, does it turn on? If so, please try to perform a factory reset while it's plugged in. Keep in mind that a factory reset will remove apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards (for Fitbit Pay-enabled devices), and saved settings, so please sync your Charge 3 one last time before proceeding:

To factory reset your device:

On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.

After the factory reset, you will need to set up your Versa as a new device:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
  5. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
