Fitbit Versa buttons and apps not working

My fitbit Versa will turn on, stay on the home screen for a few seconds (or even automatically sometimes) and then go to the alarm app. I do not make it do this. At the alarm app, I cannot set an alarm because the button will not work. I can force it to go to home screen with the left and bottom right buttons (the watch is on my left hand) and force it to reset with the left and top right buttons. I’ve contacted support and reset my watch to factory settings, logged out of my fitbit account, changed password, and resynced and reset up my fitbit. Nothing seems to work. Thanks

Everything is fine unless i’m in the alarm app or on the home screen.

Hmm it looks like the hardware issue. I would hazard a guess that one of the right buttons is being randomly pressed. The right buttons work as shortcuts for the first apps on the screen. One can reorganize the apps of course. I use the buttons to quickly pull up the apps I use most often. Is the alarm app one of the first apps after the watchface screen? Anyhow, I'm afraid you need to return the watch.
