Fitbit Versa can not start up, just shows the fitbit icon and then restarts again

Hi,

I have a fitbit versa which does not start up. When I turn it on it just shows the fitbit icon and then restarts again and again until it runs out of battery. I have tried to do a factory reset several times but have not managed to get it to vibrate like some instructions say should happen. I have deleted the watch from the app and that didnt help either.

 

Has anyone experienced the same problem and been able to fix it?
