Fitbit Versa charging and shortcuts icons issues

I got mine last year April and now the last 3 months back i cant reset it dont want to charge , then only last 4 hours where it lasted 2 weeks ,my exercise shortcuts only shows words noe no pictures anymore . Iam a runner and paid alot fot my whats just sad all just last a year.

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
