Hey so I have had my Versa for about 2yrs now and it has Crashed! I can not get on the screen to do a factory reset (yes I have tried with the buttons also and that did not work) it did reset but my screen is black with the logo glitched on the top... I don't believe I have a warranty on it... Is there anything I can do?!? (It has even deleted device from my app!)
