As someone who has bouts Fitbit products and have always been happy with them this is the most disappointing! I’ve had the charge and blaze and loved them both! Recently upgraded to the Versa and everything started out great. This morning I woke up and the screen is black and won’t turn on. Put it on charge for 3 hours and it won’t charge. Tried to do the reset and nothing. I’m soo upset about this because I expected more since this watch cost 200 dollars!

Same thing happened to me. I'm on my third replacement. Fitbit customer service is good with that.

Same with me after 4 months. Being replaced as we speak. Hopefully they'll fix the problem instead of just sending another one. And probably a refurbished one at that!

I've had the same problem. First one's screen went crazy.. second one's HRM stopped working. Both were brand new and I got replacements for both under warranty.
I'm currently on my first replacement and just received the second for my other tracker. I'll be in the market for a different tracker soon. 🙄

Mine died today. Purchased in a July. While they’re sending me a replacement, the fact others have had the same thing happen doesn’t make me confident this one will last all that long
