Fitbit Versa dies when not connected to charger

My Fitbit versa works fine as long as it stays on the charger but the second that I take it off of the charger it dies! I have tried to reboot it. Factory reset while not eh charger and nothing is helping. Can some one please help me ?

You need to email Fitbit support and tell them exactly what has happened. All the best. T
