Hi, Iam in India and bought the Versa last year. Since the last month it gets discharged in 3-4 hours. I can't get through the customer care number. In between the screen also flickers. I have barely used it last year as I had multiple surgeries. Now that I have started to use these are the challenges I'm facing. It's very disappointing!! What do I do and where do I take it?

They can not be repaired
Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
