Having issues with my Versa screen. It will light up, but nothing actually shows on the screen. Earlier in the day I had multi color vertical lines. Those are now gone, and I'm left with it just lighting up. Anyone else had this issue?
I tried factory reset, but because my screen doesn't work, I cannot see the code to get everything to sync to my phone.
Is there anything I can do to fix it, or do I count it as a loss, and buy new?
