Fitbit Versa doesn't retain active information once I take it off

When I work out, once I take my versa off, it does not keep/store my active info from my work out. When I put my versa back on all the info from my workout is gone. The only information it retains is my step count for the day. But my active minutes/calories burned are gone/incorrect. Is there any way to retain this information? Or am I going to lose it every time I take my watch off to get a shower?

@CMasters83 I would like to clarify a few things. Do you .mean the info is gone from the clockface or from the Today app on your Versa? If you swipe up on the main screen and open Today app, can you still see the data there? Does the data get sync properly, i.e. can you see all stats in the Fitbit mobile app and on Dashboard on Fitbit.com? If the data is still in the Today app, it might be a problem with your clockface. Especially if it's 3rd party. Changing it to something else might resolve the issue. Also, it's always good to reboot Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.

@CMasters83 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not retaining your data and stats. I agree with my friend @Marrrmaduke. Please make sure that you sync your tracker and if it syncs properly, restart as it was mentioned in her post above. This will refresh the tracker internally.
