I recently got the Versa and the firmware upgrade happened and it was working fine. I couldn't pair versa with another mobile so I did factory reset. Now the Versa doesn't even turn on with just blank screen. Please help.

Hi, put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC and leave it there for 2-3 hours and see if it wakes up again after that time. When that does not happen, contact Customer Support.
