Fitbit Versa doesn't want to charge

I wouldn't waste money on buying the Fitbit Versa. I had mine for a year now and it doesn't want to charge even after you clean it. This is the worst purchase that I made. I had no trouble with the Fitbit Charge 3 and I had it way longer than the Fitbit Versa. I wanted an upgrade so I went with the Fitbit Versa worse mistake ever and very dissatisfied.

@Maxrocky1 Have you tried wiping the contacts with alcohol, charging for several hours and rebooting? If this does not help, I would try performing a factory reset (restoring versa to factory defaults). Before factory reset, make sure you have deleted versa your phone's Bluetooth settings (not Fitbit app). To perform factory reset, open settings app on you Versa and scroll down to About. Tap it and choose factory reset. This will wipe all data from your tracker so it would be good if you could sync it first. After factory reset you will need to set up your versa again by adding a replacement device in your Fitbit mobile app. You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

If you're not successful with the factory reset, I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.

I am having the same issue. It went from 30% charge to dead. Now, nothing. Tried 3 separate charging types and nada.

It's dead and will not recharge. Tried all those steps possible prior to
posting.

@Maxrocky1 I am sorry to hear that. 😞 If it's dead and can't be revived, the only thing you can do is reach out to Customer Support. Unfortunately. 😞
