Fitbit Versa drains in less than 12 hours

Hello,

 

bought the Versa at the local shop, new one, never used. Charged to 100%, updated firmware, all day sync is off, wake on manual, auto-brightness, notifications are on. 

 

Went to sleep and when wake up the battery was 82% I was like ok (probably normal drain I thought)

Went to the work, in 2 hours I get a notification that the Versa will die soon, only 12% left, and in a few minutes the Versa completely died, charged again and it doesn't hold the 100% even for 8 hours by doing nothing with them. Versa (1st gen) completely new dies that fast? Battery defect? What kind of problem is this..

Hi @DanielFit  the Versa may have been new in the box, but it also sat there with a dead battery for how long? Sometimes a restart of the device helps and making sure you have all the firmware and app updates.

The battery wasn't dead in the box, it had like 50%, so it was on a perfect charge while not in use, I am charing now again to 100% and will do a full factory reset with apps reinstall, will see if that helps me.
