Has anyone else experienced their Fitbit Versa dying in a short period of time? I've had mine for not even a year and a half and already dead. Fitbit support has been worthless - only asked me to clean the connections? What? This is my third Fitbit device that has died, after not owning for a very long period. I've had a Fitbit One die (more than once), a Fitbit Blaze and now the Versa - Fitbit is only willing to offer a 25% discount on a new device. Not a happy Fitbit user, right now.

You are not alone. If you go through the headings you will see that most strands have to do with the Versa having syncing problems or going blank. Mine has done both. It is still under warranty, so I am getting another one. So far the only thing that has worked quickly for me when it has gone blank is to hold down all three buttons. The person who posted the suggestion had to hold it down for three minutes before it turned on. Mine worked in about a minute. Be sure to put it in the cradle and plug it in. Hope it helps.

Thank you for the tip, I will try, and I'm now seeing others with the same issue. How frustrating and event more frustrating that Fitbit help to not very sensitive to this issue. If I have to buy another fit watch, not sure Fitbit will be the option I choose.

Holding all buttons down worked! Thank you so much for the tip! Amazing that Fitbit help didn't/couldn't recommend this option?

Glad to hear that it worked for you! Mine continues to have problems syncing. I can usually tell soon after I remove it from the cradle because the time stops syncing with my computer. It then slowly loses time during the day. I've been putting it in the cradle whenever I am sitting. It helps slow down the time loss and occasionally will sync on its own.
