My fitbit versa freezes with the fitbit icon on the screen. It does this at least 2 to 3 times every day. I have to restart it by pressing the left & bottom right buttons. Sometimes it take several tries before it returns to clock screen. I have done a shutdown & still it continues.
It has locked up at night preventing my alarm from waking me up on it.
I have read many many posts on here of other fit bit versa owners having this issue. Is this watch going to be recalled? Or is fitbit coming up with a fix? Because it obviously is flaw in manufacturing & no one should have to go through this aggrevation daily.

Hi, this is indeed totally not normal. My Versa works with no flaws at all for several months already with a battery time of 5+ days, even after the the new Firmware update. So, I advice you to contact Customer Support about your issue and ask for a replacement, which is of course dependent on your warranty.
