Fitbit Versa gives black/white screen

Hi,

I bought my Fitbit Versa in August 2018 and this morning I showered with it and since then the screen is black (sometimes white). Looks like the screen is broken, because on the app I still see my heartbeat and steps are being count and the watch vibrates when I need to get my hourly 250 steps in.

I had this once before, also after showering and luckily after a while my Fitbit worked again.

Looks like this watch is less waterproof than claimed. It seems really broken now. I also read that a lot of people experience the same problem.

I also hear the replacement process takes sooooooo long (I'm from The Netherlands). Can you also get a refund instead of a replacement?
