Hi
I purchased Fitbit Versa and I'm unable to get any notifications even after doing the hard factory reset and now unable to use it.
Are there any suggested options .

@Naveen345 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it got stuck showing the Fitbit logo and doesn't get notifications. By the way, thank you for trying a factory reset before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.

Hi JuanJo,
I've tried restarting the device and even hard factory reset, he device gets struck with the fitbit loga and asks me to restart every time when restarts.
