My Fitbit Versa screen is not working properly, I can see only half the screen that too with a flickering effect. I tried to restart it several times but nothing happened, the issue still persists. However, the device is getting synched with the app and shows all the stats but the display has definitely some issue.
I am sure that I didn't take it to water and also it has not fallen from anywhere, I don't know what has caused this problem.
Please help me with fixing this. Thanks

I just had a similar problem and found some trouble shooting solutions. I changed the clock faces but no change. Furthermore, I did a hard reset by holding on to the side button and still no change. I was going to operate a fully resort factory settings but decided against it. So i decided to change clock faces again but few times. Finally it managed to fix the problem.
Problem: Very faint dark screen, flickering green and white screen.
Solution: Hard reset by holding the side button, changing faces multiple times.

Similar issue has just occurred for me with my fitibit. Was working fine until halfway through the day it began to flicker like static with a black and white slicker with a faint illumination of the icons within my fitbit. I have read through all the advice and troubleshooting on this post in regards to this issue and nothing has helped and it remains the same.
I am not sure what I should do next to resolve this issue, sad thing is I just bought this in February of this year 😞

I am having the same issues as listed in this forum, I have gone through all the trouble shooting, along with changing the clock face multiple times to fitbit managed faces. I use my fitbit religiously, and I'm feeling lost with out it. Are there any work around that can be force from the phone through the fitbit.

Thank you for the troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately today I experienced the same problem with my Versa 2 and the steps have not helped
