I have worn my Versa 2 swimming after checking it could be worn in water… indeed there is a swim function! However, after the first outing to my new health club swimming, the devise was complete dead. I have recharged, dried in rice, tried to restart many times and contacted Fitbit only to be told that my warranty is worthless (devise new Oct 2020) and I am offered a miserly 35% discount on a new one! I feel very cheated as I was mislead by Fitbit and feel that they have Mis-sold their product - I certainly won’t be using their discount offer on another Fitbit! They seem to be the most unreliable smart watch on the market as this one must be my 4th or 5th - 2 having been replaced for breaking during warranty - goodbye Fitbit!
