I just spent the last 3 hours of my night trying to troubleshoot my brand spanking new Fitbit versa that my wife purchased for me on my birthday 4 days ago. I’ve been taking care of my watch, making sure to clean after working out and taking it off before showering. Everything was fine until I picked up off the charger today and went to work. As I arrived at my job I realized my Fitbit wouldn’t turn on. As I arrive home I instantly tried to charge it and nothing happened. I tried every single way to reset it and nothing works. eventually I got it to turn on to a exclamation mark on the watch interface but other than that it won’t work. I’m very upset. I’m pissed actually. Looked everywhere online and there’s no fix to my problem, and seems like a lot of people are having the same problem. Hope you guys are able to send me a new one. This is very disappointing and unacceptable.

Regarding your Fitbit Versa, which experienced screen and charging issues, I totally understand how frustrating this is for you since you mentioned that you took good care of it.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they handled your case and I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided. Don't hesitate to get back if you need further assistance.
