Fitbit Versa has stopped counting calories burned all of a sudden

My BMR is 1400, meaning I burn approx 1 calorie a minute. On a regular day where I do walking and workout for 90 minutes, I burn between 2500-3000 according to my Fitbit, this has been consistent for the past year. Yesterday, my Fitbit versa stopped tracking calories burned when not recording a workout from the watch. The app said that I only burned 17 calories on a 17 minute walk, the same as I would burn at rest. And the graph doesn’t show the peaks and troughs of my movement throughout the day, Only when I am recording a workout using Fitbit. Has anyone else had this problem? It is really annoying because it means that the amount of food the app says I can eat is too low

Hi @FionaL14  That sounds really weird. Have you tried restarting the Versa? Do it several times and see if that helps. But please come back here ifnit doesnt.
