Fitbit Versa has stopped syncing with my Samsung Galaxy 9

It used to sync now, I've updated with the new fitbit stuff it in very intermittent and annoying. Gone to the shop and it is apparently an issue with my phone not the fitbit, but my Bluetooth headphones connect every time.

Can this be solved or I'm returning the fitbit and getting a refund.

I'm having the same issue.  I just got my versa today and after syncing up beautifully it's stopped doing so after a few hours.  I have a galaxy note.

Contacting customer support now, as tried all of the above multiple times.

Customer Services are dealing with it, so gonna see what the outcome is. They could see my syncing trouble on their system and all there troubleshooting hadn't worked.
