I've had my Fitbit versa since April and two days ago the heart rate monitor stopped working. I've already checked to make sure the heart rate monitor was on in the settings, turned off the versa, and factory reset it with no luck. Any other ideas? I'm starting to lose faith in Fitbit products. I've had to replace so many watches within a year of buying them over the past 5 years.

Thank you for your response. I have tried all suggestions in the article a few times today and nothing has worked. Please let me know if there is anything else I can try.
