Hi All,
First off I have to say I used to love FitBit as a company and their products but after having the FitBit Blaze and now the Versa I don't know about FitBit and or about their products. Anyways I am not sure if this is an issue or not but please see below:
FitBit Versa wont read correct heartrate while on a treadmill for at least 15-20 minutes and maybe will read it correctly from there on. What I mean by that is that FitBit Versa heart rate goes up to a 100 or so but on the treadmill heartrate reading is 140. Finally after 15-20 minutes FitBit Versa displays the correct heartrate but more recently it hasn't even been doing that. Anyone else have this issue? I'm very disappointed with FitBit and their products. Almost every day there is an article in the news how Apple Watch Series 4 or whatever saved someone's life because of an irregular heartbeat notification or whatever but FitBit can't get their act together to read heartrate period. Is it too much to ask to have screen on when I put that I am lifting weights or when I am on a treadmill? Why do I have to use force when brining up my arm to see fitbit screen come on? Rarely does the thing auto turn on the screen correctly. Even their new 60 seconds screen time on is poor and turns off almost instantly when putting the arm down but when i bring my arm up casually its just BLANK! I apologize this is now more of a rant than anything but very disappointed customer here. Eventually will either go to Apple Watch or even might move to AmazFit products from Xiaomi.
Thank you

@AsimK Please go to Settings app on your Versa (swiping left), tap it and scroll down to heart rate. Please toggle it ON and OFF and back ON with a reboot of versa in between. You can reboot your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. Also, you can play with different placements of Versa on your arm. If all fails, you may need to restore Versa to factory defaults (perform a factory reset).
