Fitbit Versa high heartrate when not wearing watch?!

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So the other night I realised on my app that my heartrate was 135bpm, funny thing is... I wasn't wearing my watch! Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I just the only one who has a ghost?

@Ailce1 reboot your versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes. Also, make sure that you put your tracker sensor up so the LED lights do not reflect from any surfaces. If this does not help, you might need to restore Versa to factory defaults (perform a factory reset). Let me know if you need help. Good luck!

Recommend having your watch face facing down when not wearing it. I observed the same issue and ever since using the guidance listed above; I have not had the issue of a recorded heart rate when not wearing the watch.
