Fitbit Versa hr monitor stopped working then sleep and movement

Hello

My Fitbit heart rate monitor stopped working Sept 7th and then activity and sleep stopped posting as well.

I have tried 8 factory resets, I have tried multiple soft resets, I have tried charging it to 100% and then reformating, I have tried letting it die completely and then charging to 100% and then formatting but nothing has worked

Is there something else I can try or can support please contact me?
