Fitbit Versa incorrect date and step counts

Hi there 

 

My Fitbit Versa has gone back in date after flying into andiffeetn time zone (Melbourne to Honolulu).

 

It's out by a whole month even though I set up the correct time, date and timezone on my Google Pixel 2 and my Fitbit app.

 

Also it's not counting my steps accurately.

 

It went from 12971 in 7hrs 11832 and at 3:30am this morning ( a bit jetlagged! First morning in Hawaii) it's counted over 3000 steps already!

 

Please help!

Use a different clockface. The month thing is a Javascript thing that indicates the creator of the clockface doesn't really know what they're doing and/or didn't test well enough (as learned from experience :)). If they don't know what they're doing, the step count may well be a clockface issue, too.
