Fitbit Versa is blank but is vibrating!

I have been using my fitbit everyday to track my steps for a challenge but yesterday, I thought it died but it didnt. I got home to charge it but it kept vibrating when I got text messages and in my fitbit app I saw my steps increase but the fitbit was dead. I have a fitbit versa.

Mine did exactly the same. I tried restarting it but still blank.

I still havent gotten a reply from support about it. I have tried literally everything. Hard reset, charging, waiting a couple weeks and now months. Still nothing!
