Fitbit Versa is not resetting at midnight

I am not sure what is wrong with my fitbit but it is showing all wrong statistics , like calories burnt, number of steps, miles and floors. It seems fitbit is retaining old data and not resetting it to next day. I verified time zone all looks ok from that perspective. Fitbit is already on latest version of firmware(32.33.1.30). Please let me know what i can do to fix this issue. Reset would be last solution but the bigger question is my fitbit is not stable.

I regret to hear that your Fitbit Versa didn't reset your data at midnight. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Currently, there is no option to manually reset the data. Performing a restart won't reset your data but you can give it a try in order to avoid experiencing the same problem once again. You can find the steps on this article.

 

If your device continues tracking your data without resetting, please let me know.
