Fitbit Versa is synchronized but screen went totally black

Hi, 

My Fitbit Versa was working swell but after the Update , my screen went totally black. I tried factory reset, changed clock face and updated, the screen just turned black. I made some tests, called someone, sent messages to friend’s and it vibrates as when you get a call or message except that the screen turned black. Also the battery drains too fast after the update. 


Really appreciate your help.

btw my Fitbit is about 2 years old
