Fitbit Versa is unable to connect to Xiomi Note 5 Pro and when trying to pair it says needs phone restart to pair or add device, After mutiple restarts too same message so please help me out to get the steps or fix or else keeping Fitbit Versa would be waste for me, When i try to pair to iphone it works but i want it to work on Xiomi MI Note 5 Pro .

Let me help you syncing your Versa with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
