Hi my battery is dead on my fit bit Vera. I have it in the Versa charging dock but the screen is still blank and it will not turn in. Any suggestions please.

Hi

I was having the same issue and came across a possible fix on another post (it worked for me)

Try holding all 3 buttons on your versa for a time (mine was within seconds but some people say it takes longer), this got me to the boot up screen and at that point i put it back on the dock.
