Fitbit Versa isn't updating

I just got my Fitbit Versa and have been trying to update it for over an hour and nothing. I have read has worked, this was my last stop, please help!

I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your watch? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there. If the issue is directly with updating it, follow the steps in the Why can't I update my Fitbit device? article.

Yes, I have done this more then a handful of times and it is still not working.

My fit bit Versa has not synced properly for two days now, I've started and restarted etc but no up dates happening
