Fitbit Versa just died for the second time!!!! Lack of service was amazing!!

I do not usually leave complaints, but considering the obvious fault with your products and lack of support in rectifying those issues I have decided to make an exception. For anyone who is contemplating buying a Fitbit Versa, I strongly discourage you from doing so if you want a device that lasts longer than a year!! I loved the device, up until one day it simply would not turn on. Having followed all the trouble shooting steps, I still had no success. Contacting support was convenient enough and they were helpful, fortunately at that time my watch was still under the 1 year warranty (it being +-months 10 old). They replaced my watch, relatively smoothly and there were no issues other than a delay in delivery. The new watch worked well, and had done so up until now. Where it had the exact same issue as the first watch, and simply died. There was no damage to the watch, no incident to have caused the issue and simply no reason for it to simply stop working. As the device is no just over its warranty (as it is just under 18 months old). I can simply throw it away, as after contacting support more than once and following all their trouble shooting suggestions (yes, thank you I knew how to restart it and and make sure their were no charging issues!). I am simply told that it can't be repaired and as it is not under warranty there is nothing you can do. Way to go Fitbit, your assistance was fantastic! While I loved the watch itself, it would have been great to know before I bought it that it had a very specific shelf life! Last time I will be buying any product from you!!!

Yep last exactly 1 year and boom, stops working. Never again will I buy a fitbit
