Fitbit Versa just turned off and not restarting

My versa just showed the Fitbit logo then turned off and now will not turn back on. Tried restarting but nothing works.

Yes, and it was at least at 70% before it turned off. I’ve spoken to Fitbit and have tried everything they had suggested!
